Cancelling a CareerCaptain subscription.
You can stop future renewal from Billing. If you are exercising a statutory cancellation right, tell us clearly so we can treat it as a cancellation of the contract rather than only the next renewal.
Stop future renewal
Sign in, open Billing, and choose “Cancel at period end”. Your paid features continue until the current paid period ends unless the law requires a different result.
Statutory cancellation
If you buy a paid subscription online, you generally have 14 days, starting the day after your subscription is confirmed, to cancel it for any reason. If a statutory cancellation right applies and you want to exercise it, email info@fatgenie.co.uk or write to The Better Growth Company Ltd, Apartment 1107 9 Churchyard Row, London, England, SE11 4FF. State that you are cancelling the CareerCaptain subscription and include enough information to identify the account.

You may use the following wording, but you do not have to use this exact form:
To The Better Growth Company Ltd trading as Fat Genie: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of CareerCaptain. Email address used for the account: [your email]. Subscription ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address, if you wish to give it]. Date: [date].
Service already supplied
If you expressly asked us to start a paid service during a statutory cancellation period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied before a valid cancellation. Your statutory rights are not reduced by this page.
